01Website visitors

hennroc.com does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The free tools on the site run in your browser, and the text you enter into them is not sent to us.

02Enquiries

If you email us or book a consultation, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and provide the service you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information.

03Connected Google and YouTube accounts

HennRoc uses Google's YouTube Data API to publish videos to HennRoc's own YouTube channel. When the channel owner authorizes this, we use access only to upload videos, set their titles, descriptions and schedules, and read the channel's basic details. Authorization tokens are stored privately and are never shared or sold. We do not access any other person's account. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

HennRoc's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

04Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and provide our service. To ask us to delete your information, email siftwright@gmail.com.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
